Phase 1 

(2016)

After a few years of hard work, due diligence and preparation in phase 1 (planning, initial feasibility and due-diligence), phase 1 lays the foundations for the project, setting in stone our commitment to the development and execution of the master plan. Phase 2 (2018)

Key Milestones

✓  Architect plans for the home or villa
✓  Foundations (60%) laid for each homestite/lot
✓  Estate wide electrical ground wiring  
✓  Construction of amenities and common areas
✓  Construction of the "GT1" Clubhouse
✓  Construction of the sales villa
✓  Construction of the Entry gates
✓  Construction of the GT security monitoring system
✓  Local government and municipality inspections 
✓  PGA designed golf course staked with greens
✓  Preparing for delivery of pre-fab villas and local builder homes

With the key infrastructure and engineering data completed, phase 2 represents the start of on-lot development. As an owner, this is where you’ll make the final choices regarding villa types, architectural layouts along with approving the landscaping and outdoor features of your property.


All lots have been planned with ample space so whether you want a garage, pool, jacuzzi or perhaps a work shed for your hobby, and our team of accredited planners will assist you throughout the process and you’ll have a complete 3D rendering (drawing) of your developed property before the first brick is laid.
 

For our discerning owners, optional 3D accurately scaled models are also available and be shipped globally, the perfect piece to display as you watch your property take shape.

Phase 3

Phase 3 (2022)

Key Milestones

✓  Final landscaping adjustments (man-made waterfalls and gardens) 
✓  Outdoor plumbing (pools, jacuzzis, etc) 
✓  Paving (or fine gravel) laid for driveways
✓  Delivery of pre-built (pieces) villas/homes to port
✓  Integration/Construction of villas/homes onto your lot
✓  Solar panel assembly and integration
✓  GT solar grid / power provider connections
✓  Internet and Satellite TV service installations
✓  Availability of GT mobility options (electric golf cart, ATV, etc.)
✓  Completion of GT Wellness Center (tennis courts, fitness room)

 

Phase 3 begins as your lot goes through the final checks and preparations for the construction and integration of your home and ends with your home and garden complete, with all key utilities available and ready for you to start enjoying them.


Many of the project's key amenities and facilities will be completed during this phase and most will begin a soft launch as they gear up for full service in phase 4 and just about the only thing left to do is move in and start living the dream.

Phase 4 (2023)

Key Milestones

✓  Welcome aboard (time to move in)
✓  Final interior & lighting checks 
✓  Exterior (paint, roof and corrosion) checks
✓  Electrical and solar panel inspections 
✓  Final transfer of land title
✓  Registration confirmation at National Registry
✓  Matching due diligence and contract files with the HOA office 
✓  GT Orientation and introductory tour to GT amenities
✓  One day future safety training in and around the project 
✓  Scheduling of first HOA meeting and all residents 
✓  Final requests i.e. -maid quarters, custom furniture, gardens, etc.
✓  Assigned broker and realtor if requested
